中文摘要 在健康中国背景下,学校心理工作正发生意义深远的变革,亟需构建符合时代需求和学生心理影响因素特点的中学心理教师核心能力框架。本研究通过对教师进行半结构式访谈,应用扎根分析法构建生态系统理论视域下的核心能力维度,包括深度介入个案能力、融合交互关系能力、整合跨境支持能力,以及强化心理文化能力。值得关注的是,目前深度介入个案能力较受重视,但在推进中国特色学校心理健康服务体系建设中,上述后三个维度能力的要求凸显,应从系统、全局的视角丰富已有专业训练,促进中学心理教师核心能力发展。
英文摘要 Through semi-structured individual interviews on middle school psychological teachers, the study starts from the view of Ecological Systems Theory to construct the core competence framework of middle school psychological teachers. Such framework includes four dimensions: ability to provide individual psychological services, ability to link microsystem and mesosystem, ability to promote the support and interaction in exosystem, ability to influence macrosystem and comprehend chronosystem. In order to promote the systematic construction of school mental health service with Chinese characteristics, the last three dimensions should be highlighted. It can be started from systematic intervention and coordination to enrich the professional training, so as to promote the core competence development of middle school psychological teachers.
