英文摘要 The private teachers who wander on the fringe of the system have the longing of “going ashore”, but they are suffering from the anxiety of “offshore”. There are nesting, accompanying, and settlement offshore phenomena in the professional travel of teachers in private schools. Three forms of transition, development, and avoidance appeared in the operation of landing. The deep-seated reason for the phenomenon of “offshore” and “landing ashore” is the low-level teachers, demands for “settlement” and the continuing anxiety of being offshore. The “shore” among citizens-run teachers is an inevitable product of the opening up of the education market. The weak system design and effective private school actions can dispel the trend of “landing” and offshore anxiety of private teachers.
