中文摘要 高校师范类专业认证在实践和理论中存在诸多困惑,诸如认证主体存在圈子文化,活动的独立性难以保证;认证对象理解存在窄化,学校参与的积极性不足;认证标准难以完全达标,标准的科学性需要提高;认证过程存在冒进倾向,以评促建成效不够明显;认证结论评定过于宽松,结论的可信度需要提升。文章提出如下解决策略:打破认证主体圈子文化,保证认证主体的专业性;完善校院双方联动机制,提高学校层面的积极性;持续改进认证标准内容,加强认证标准的科学性;加强认证建设过程管理,促进师范专业内涵发展;严格对标评定认证结论,提升认证结论的公信力。
英文摘要 There are many problems in the practice and theory of the accreditation of teacher education in china. For example, as the clique culture of the accreditation subject, the independence of the activities is difficult to guarantee; As the narrow understanding of the accreditation object, the enthusiasm for school participate in the accreditation is deficient; As the standards are difficult to fully meet, the accreditation standards need to improve its scientific; As the rashness of the accreditation process, the achievement of accreditation is not obvious. As the evaluation of accreditation conclusion is too loose, the credibility of the conclusion needs to be improved. We proposed the following solution strategy: break the clinque culture of the accreditation body and guarantee the specialty of the accreditation body ; improve the linkage mechanism between the school and major and increase the enthusiasm of school accreditation; improve the content of accreditation standards and strengthen the quality of accreditation standards ; strengthen the process management of accreditation and promoting the connotative development of teacher education; strictly evaluate the accreditation conclusion and enhance the credibility of the accreditation conclusion.
