中文摘要 本研究目的在於透過修習課程與營隊實作,提升中等教育學程師資生之教學輔導能力,提供師資生「從做中學」的機會,涵養關懷弱勢、專業服務之精神,發揮教育大愛,並以實作培力作為,培養師資生多元專業素養。研究主要以學校課程及搭配假期實踐營隊兩階段進行,以問卷調查法、調查參與課程師資生教學滿意度作為教學成效之結果評估來源,再由課堂後假期,學校實踐營隊的參與,從中蒐集教師教育理念、實踐能力及參加營隊前後之成效。兩階段並同時以學生學習回饋單蒐集資料。研究結果發現,師資生參加教育實踐營隊後對自身之「工作價值觀、任教承諾、教學態度、動機形成、教育工作」產生認同,且在願意進行持續性的專業投入上亦有所進步,達成教學目標部分成效。
英文摘要 This study employed the pre-service teacher education course “classroom management” as a platform to incubate preservice teachers’ multiple professional competencies. This course was composed of classroom instructional delivery and school based on site practical camp. The questionnaire survey and participants’ response sheets served as data resources. The results indicated that participants’ work values, teaching commitment and attitudes, teaching motivation formation, and devotion to educational job attitudes increased after taking this course. And, there were willing to continue their professional development.
