中文摘要 大學的社會責任應具有顯著的社會、經濟和文化影響,透過教學、研究、公共服務,可對所在社區和社會福祉做出貢獻。國立屏東大學除了在校內培育師資外,也看到屏東地區特性,因此學校教師走出學術研究框架,以協助在地偏鄉教師的專業成長為主要目標,希望透過多元、長期、專業的支持歷程,分析屏東偏鄉教師的教學困境與成長需求,以適切回應教師的成長與專業需求。「朱雀先驅:屏東偏鄉三師共學模式」計畫即是希望整合大學的教學、研究和服務活動,連結小學端教師與師資生的力量,強調包括教學能力、共學模式、科技資訊,藉由不同教師組成的團隊,建立起共學模式,將數位科技能力融入其中,精進彼此的專業知識與教學能力,創造並實現大學的最大價值。「朱雀先驅」計畫的實踐場域是屏東偏鄉六所國小,藉由真實參與、真實場域與真實議題等三個層面,從規劃、實施歷程、實施成效等三個步驟,結合計畫、執行、查核、行動等實施內涵之深化評估機制進行成效的檢核,利用社會責任報告標準(Social Reporting Standard, SRS),達到以實證為基礎、凸顯大學多元特色的計畫目標。
英文摘要 University Social Responsibility (USR) should have significant social, economic, and cultural influence, working through education, research, and public service to contribute to its community welfare. Reflecting on the social responsibilities of universities, NPTU not only train teachers inside the campus, but also saw the reginal characteristics of Pingtung, which lead teachers in our school to walk out of Academic Research Framework and set a main goal to help remote teachers’ professional growth, hoping that through diverse, long-term, professional assistance, and analyzing Pingtung teacher’s teaching dilemmas and growth demands, we can help to give appropriate responses to teacher’s growth and professional requests. The above is why our program Suzaku Pioneer: Pingtung Rural Three-division Co-Learning Model of Education aims to integrate USRs in teaching, research and public service, connecting elementary teachers and preservice teachers, emphasizing teaching abilities, co-learning mode, and technology etc., building co-learning modes through groups of teachers and adding technology strategy within, through advancing each other’s professional knowledge and teaching abilities, creating the maximum worth of Universities. The field of practice for this project is six remote elementary schools. We do that through the three layers of real participation, real practice and real issues, using the three steps of planning, practice, and effectiveness, combining Plan, Do, Check, Act etc. to carry out Deepening Evaluation Mechanism of Connotation to examine the performance of this project, using the SRS(Social Reporting Standard) evaluation to satisfy the project goal of verifying this project highlight the university diversity.
