中文摘要 本研究主要探討大學學生事務人員的隱式心理資本、工作滿足與組織公民行為之關係。研究對象為南部11所公、私立大學學生事務人員,研究方法採問卷調查法,獲得有效樣本為266份,資料經分析結果顯示:一、隱式心理資本對組織公民行為不具顯著效果;二、隱式心理資本對工作滿足有顯著正向效果;三、工作滿足對組織公民行為有顯著正向效果;四、工作滿足對隱式心理資本與組織公民行為有顯著中介效果。根據研究結果,本研究針對大學學生事務相關人員與單位提出具體建議,以供後續研究參考。
英文摘要 The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among implicit psychological capital, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior of staff members working in the division of student affairs at universities in Southern Taiwan. 266 valid samples were collected from 11 universities, and structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis was conducted. Results indicated that there was a significantly positive effect from implicit psychological capital on job satisfaction. While a significantly positive effect from job satisfaction on organizational citizenship was also found, however, no significant effect was found from implicit psychological capital on organizational citizenship. Additionally, job satisfaction played the key mediator role on the relationship between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the findings, suggestions for related student affairs staff, units, and future research directions were proposed.
