Uzbekistan has embarked on the road of educational reform since the middle and late 1990s. In the past thirty years, major changes have taken place in Uzbekistan's education system structure, development goals, funding forms, higher education training methods, and enrollment system, etc. After the new President Mirziyoyev came into power, he vigorously carried out the reform of education policy. The reform of Uzbekistan's education sector has gradually turned to the direction of grand opening and internationalization, pursuing the "coupling" development of talent cultivation and market demand. However, there are problems in the construction of preschool education, management of teaching institutions, the construction of various types of education quality standards, etc. In addition, it is relatively weak in financing, teachers training and curriculum.
