中文摘要 乌兹别克斯坦自20世纪90年代中后期走上教育改革之路;近三十年来,在国民教育发展愿景、教学机构所有制形式、教育体系结构、高等教育培养模式、招生制度建设等方面发生重大改变。2016年底,米尔济约耶夫当选总统后,将教育作为国家优先发展领域之一,大力革新教育政策。教育改革逐渐转向以大开放和国际化为导向,追求人才培养与市场需求的“耦合”发展,但在学前教育建设、教学机构管理、各类型教育质量标准建设等方面存在问题,教育资金支持、教师人力资本建设、新兴学科专业发展等方面较为薄弱。
英文摘要 Uzbekistan has embarked on the road of educational reform since the middle and late 1990s. In the past thirty years, major changes have taken place in Uzbekistan's education system structure, development goals, funding forms, higher education training methods, and enrollment system, etc. After the new President Mirziyoyev came into power, he vigorously carried out the reform of education policy. The reform of Uzbekistan's education sector has gradually turned to the direction of grand opening and internationalization, pursuing the "coupling" development of talent cultivation and market demand. However, there are problems in the construction of preschool education, management of teaching institutions, the construction of various types of education quality standards, etc. In addition, it is relatively weak in financing, teachers training and curriculum.
