当前越南高等教育国际化主要体现为内向国际化，即人员流出越南、项目及机构流入越南。具体表现为以学生流动为核心的人员流动；以高级课程项目和联合/结对项目、国际分校为主的机构层面的互动；以建立卓越大学为核心的政府层面的互动。越南高等教育国际化仍处于初级发展阶段，面临着缺乏严密的顶层设计、“国内国际化”程度不高、全面移植与本土化问题，以及缺乏透明度、腐败行为严重等。

| 英文摘要 |
At present, the internationalization of higher education in Vietnam is mainly manifested as inward internationalization, that is, personnel flow out of Vietnam, projects and institutions flow into Vietnam. Specifically, student mobility is the core of the flow of personnel; institutional level interaction focuses on the advanced p and Joint and twinning programs, and international branch campuses, and the major form of government level interaction is the establishment of the “Excellent university”. The internationalization of higher education in Vietnam is at the initial stage of development, and it faces problems such as lack of a rigorous top-level design, a low degree of "domestic internationalization", comprehensive transplantation and localization, lack of transparency, and serious corruption.
