中文摘要 校長投入領導將影響學校成員投入,有助於提升學校教育品質。投入領導奠基在幸福感、浮流、自我決定理論、基本心理需求理論、肯定式探詢等心理學基礎,整合僕人領導、轉型領導和倫理領導,屬於整合型理論。校長投入領導指校長以身作則與成員建立共同願景,強化成員的能量與動機,連結團隊的合作與對話,賦權增能團隊成員,啟發成員的工作熱情,建構有效能和效率的學校氛圍。再者,本文以強化、連結、賦權增能、啟發作為投入領導的核心面向,並以權力文化、角色文化、工作文化、個人文化,進行投入領導內涵之歸納。最後,提出研究結論與建議,作為校長投入領導實踐與研究發展之參考。
英文摘要 Principal engaging leadership can influence staff’s engagement, and improve the quality of school. Engaging leadership is based on well-being, flow, self-determination theory, basic psychological needs theory, and appreciative inquiry, as well as integrates servant leadership, transformational leadership, and ethical leadership belongs to integrated leadership theory. Principal engaging leadership refers to “principals lead by example, build shared vision, enhance the capacity and motivation of staff, connect the cooperation and dialogue of staff, empower staff, inspire the passion of staff, and construct effective and efficient atmosphere of school.” The study adopts strengthening, connecting, empowerment, inspiring as the dimensions of engaging leadership, and concludes the engaging leadership content in terms of power, role, work, and individual culture. Finally, the study provides conclusion and suggestion for the practices and research of principal engaging leadership.
