中文摘要 教师教育教学质量是文化的结晶,是教师教育文化共同体在文化自觉方法论与实践逻辑的指引下的文化产物,是教学决策文化、教学实施过程文化和教学结果文化与教师教育利益相关者文化互动耦合的产物。从需求层次视角看,教师教育教学质量分为基本质量、期望质量和魅力质量;从微观单元层次视角看,教师教育教学质量分为课程教学质量、专业教学质量和院校教学质量;从宏观体系层次视角看,教师教育教学质量分为中职、大专、本科、研究生教学质量。任何层次的教师教育教学质量都存在教学决策质量、教学实施质量和教学结果质量三个结构要素。
英文摘要 Teaching quality of teacher education is a crystallization of culture, the cultural product of teacher education culture community under the guidance of cultural consciousness methodology and practical logic. It is the product of the interaction and coupling between the culture of teaching decision-making, the culture of teaching implementation, the culture of teaching results and the culture of teacher education stakeholders. From the perspective of demand, teaching quality of teacher education includes basic quality, expectation quality and charming quality. From the perspective of micro-unit level, teaching quality in teacher education can be divided into teaching quality of course, professional teaching quality and teaching quality in college. From the perspective of macroscopic system level, teaching quality in teacher education can be divided into secondary vocational education, college education, undergraduate education and postgraduate education. Any level of teaching quality in teacher education has three structural elements: the quality of teaching decision-making, the quality of teaching implementation and the quality of teaching results.
