中文摘要 “互联网+”时代的教师培训就是将互联网技术应用于教师培训,它是以融合和共享为关键特征的教师培训模式的整体性更新,其核心要义在于满足每位参训教师的个性化学习需求。“互联网+” 时代的教师培训意味着互联网信息技术在教师培训中的深度融合,其价值既体现为教师专业发展的理论价值,又体现为彰显培训发展生态的实践价值。“互联网+”为教师培训的创新和变革提供了新的思路,其行动路径主要有:树立以学习者为中心的培训资源供给观,建构以自发式为主导的社群学习共同体,推进以泛在学习为根本的教学范式,建构以伴随式为主体的过程性评价机制。
英文摘要 Teacher training in the “Internet +” era is the application of Internet technology to teacher training. It is a holistic renewal of teacher training mode with the key characteristics of integration and sharing, and its core is to meet the individual learning needs of every teacher participating in the training. It means the deep integration of Internet information technology in teacher training. It’s value not only embodies the theoretical value of teachers' professional development, but also embodies the practical value of training development ecology. “Internet +” provides a new way of thinking for teacher training innovation and change, The main ways of action are as follows: Establish a learner-centered view of training resources supply, construct a spontaneous-led community learning community, promote a teaching paradigm based on ubiquitous learning, and construct a process evaluation mechanism with accompanying learning as the main body.
