中文摘要 在当前我国大力发展普惠性学前教育的时期,建立基于“中国式教育现代化”视角、聚焦机制剖析的普惠性学前教育公共服务体系建设机制指标体系具有十分重要的意义。依据理论模型,本研究从决策机制、投入机制、办园机制、管理机制、特惠机制五个方面,编制了普惠性学前教育公共服务体系建设机制指标体系,并通过三轮德尔菲专家访谈对指标进行了修订。同时,本研究采用两阶段分层整群抽样方法,选取1722名教育行政人员、幼儿园教师为调查对象,利用经典测量理论的项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析对评估量表进行了修订,最终获得包含5个一级维度、11个二级维度、57个三级指标的普惠性学前教育公共服务体系建设机制指标体系。以期为新时代推动实现普惠性学前教育公共服务体系现代化发展提供理论构想及工具借鉴。
英文摘要 China is vigorously developing public-benefit preschool education service system nowadays; it is very important to establish a mechanism index system to better construct the service system based on the perspective of Chinese-style modernization of education and focus on mechanism analysis. Based on the theoretical model, this study developed an index system for the construction mechanism of public-benefit preschool education service system in five aspects: decision-making mechanism, input mechanism, supply mechanism, management mechanism, and preferential mechanism, and revised the indicators through three rounds of Delphi expert interviews. At the same time, 1722 educational administrators and kindergarten teachers were selected as the respondents of this study by using two-stage stratified whole-group sampling method, and the evaluation scale was revised by using item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and validation factor analysis of classical measurement theory. The index system for the mechanism of public-benefit preschool education service system is finally obtained, which is expected to provide theoretical ideas and tools for the modernization of the public-benefit preschool education service system in the new era.
