中文摘要 作为西方法文化形而上层面的自然法体现着西方“因自然而人事”的一个重要思想传统,其悠久的“法则”意识浸透着整个西方文化。洛克、卢梭的儿童教育思想也深刻地受到各自古典自然法思想的影响。自然法既是他们儿童教育观念相互联系的思想根脉,又是他们儿童观相互分歧的思想基础。如果从古典自然法这一角度来解读他们的儿童教育思想,我们将能够更深刻地感悟到西方儿童教育观念所赖以形成的语脉,以及认识到一种儿童教育思想的形成所需的思想资源。
英文摘要 As the metaphysical aspect of the Western legal culture, the thoughts of natural Law embodied an important traditional thoughts-to design the human affairs in the light of nature, and its consciousness and awareness of "laws" infiltrated the whole Western culture. The Locke and Rousseau's thoughts on children education were deeply influenced by their classical natural thoughts, which were not only the origins of their thoughts on children's education correlated with each other, but also the foundation for making their thoughts different from each other. If we interpret Locke and Rousseau's thoughts on education from the classical natural law, a perspective of legal philosophy, we could further understand the legal context underpinning their thoughts, as well as the resource of thoughts essential for the formation of their thoughts on children education.
