中文摘要 国际学校认证制度在中国的建立过程可以划分起源和扩散两个阶段。第一个阶段具有需求导向的特点,由国际学校根据自身的利益和惯例提出了建立认证制度的需求,并得到了制度供给方的影响。以往制度理论论忽视利益和能动性机制,因此无法很好地解释制度起源问题,这里将利益和能动性两个概念引入,可以较好地解释制度的起源问题。第二个阶段是在制度需求方的积极影响下,制度供给方通过调动一些社会资源和沿着特定的网络途径完成制度建立过程的,表现出一般制度扩散过程中的相似和变异现象。因此,可以利用制度扩散理论解释这个阶段的现象。
英文摘要 The construction of accreditation institution for international schools in China can be divided into two stages, i.e. institution initiation and institution diffusion. The first stage, i.e. institution initiation and institution diffusion. The first stage is characterized with demand orientation . It was initiated by an international school and get positive response from institutional supply side. The mainstream of institutional theory pays little attention to interest and agency, and it cannot explain institutional initiation. By employing concepts of interest and agency, we can explain why the institution is initiated and responded in certain ways. The second stage was influenced significantly by institutional demand side and accomplished through mobilizing social resources and certain social network by institutional supply side. It accords to isomorphism and variation between the diffused institution and the diffusing institution. Therefore, the institutional theory can explain the phenomena in the second stage.
