| 英文摘要 |
Street children are one special groups among Russian disadvantaged children, and they are facing many problems in terms of life, education, safety and mentality. During the social transition in Russia, the government has been paying great attention to the development of street children. Drawing useful lessons from Russian practices will be useful to the development of street children in China. This essay tentatively analyzes the issue in question in the perspectives of the current situation and causes, and the strategies for solving the problem of street children’s development during the social transition in Russia.
