在我国公办高校已突破了一元的投资体制，越来越多的非财政性投入引起的投资多元化的情况下，势必要求重新审视公办高校的产权问题。投资多元化不等于产权的清晰，因此明晰多元产权就显得尤为重要。对多元投资的现代高校产权的明晰，我们可以借凿现代企业制度中的产权制度和法人治理结构的理论，在明晰产权的基础上建立现代高校法人治理结构。

| 英文摘要 |
As China’s educational investment system has changed into poly-subjects with more non-financial capitals flowing into universities. This obvious change has put an urgent requirement to clear the property rights of these new forms of universities and it has become more important than ever. Then we can borrow the theory of modern enterprises and introduce it into the educational area and establish the universities’ legal governance on the basis of clearing the property rights of multi-investment public universities.
