| 英文摘要 |
There are two types of institutions for vocational higher education in Germany：technological academy and vocational institute. High─level teaching force is the guarantee for the quality of vocational and technical higher education in Germany. In order to fully understand the construction of teaching force for vocational and technical education in Germany, the article starts with a brief introduction to the establishment and development of technological academy and vocational institute. Then it analyzes the main practices and experiences in construction of teaching force in detail from the aspects of qualifications, responsibilities and professional development.
