中文摘要 半個多世紀以降,由於自由化、民主化與全球化浪潮的激盪,使得國際政治、經濟、社會、科技與文化等系統產生急遽變化,教育系統屬於整個社會系統的一個次級系統,當外部客觀環境發生變動,必然帶動教育組織環境的變革,特別是伴隨著資訊科技的突飛猛進、知識經濟時代的來臨、校園民主意識的高漲、家長參與教育的熱衷及績效責任制度的落實等,改變了學校組織的生態結構與運作機制,為因應巨變時代的挑戰,學校組織領導者如何引領組織成員進行變革、轉型與發展,實乃巨變時代變革領導的重要課題。
本文主要針對學校組織變革發展的整合概念模式,進行試探性之研究,最終目的希冀建構一套能面向現代、面向未來及面向全球的學校組織變革整合性模式架構,俾作為進一步深層探究之理念基礎。職此之故,本文共分為四部份來探討,首先,從抗拒變革的阻力與減少變革的助力兩方面,分析影響學校組織變革成敗的關鍵因素;其次,分別從過程取向、策略取向、系統取向及創新取向等層面,說明學校組織變革的重要模式;然後,以核心能力、變革階段與行動策略為主軸,析述學校組織變革發展的概念架構意涵;最後,嘗試建構學校組織變革的整合性模式初步架構,俾作為未來研究之參考。
英文摘要 With the rapid changes of international political, economic, social, technological and cultural systems, the challenge of education organizational environment is enormous. Some of the greatest changes like democracy consciousness, parents involving education and the implementation of accountability system, which have taken place in school organization and changed the organizational structure and operation mechanism. In order to cope with the rapid social environment changes, how to direct organization members to promote school organizational change, transform and develop is very important mission.    The purpose of this paper is to explore the concepts framework of school organizational change and development, and to construct an integrative model which can face modern, future and the global. To investigate deeply this comprehensive concepts framework model, this paper divides four main sections. First, to analyze the key factors that influence school organizational change and development. Second, to illustrate four important models of school organizational change. Third, to summarize the concepts framework contents of school organizational change and development.    Finally, trying to construct an integrative model of school organizational change.
