中文摘要 學校教育品質是本次教育改革的重點,但對整日面對課程與教學,位於第一線的教師而言卻感陌生,如何進行學校的改革與發展,在學校發展中如何透過自我的評鑑,確保學校教育的品質,讓評鑑永續學校的發展,是教育工作者與位於第一線的教師關切的重要課題。本研究以訪談及焦點團體法,訪談台灣已執行過自我評鑑的學校成員,目的在探究學校自我評鑑的可行策略,並提供學校及教育行政單位參考。
英文摘要 Currently, school educational quality is one of crucial work in educational reform. However, the reform process seems not so familiar with for elementary teachers when they confront with instructional tasks and the developmental curricula every day. During the developmental process of schools, how can they guarantee the quality of education through self-evaluation during the developmental period to keep evaluation in the schools development? The process is an important theme that will be concerned by elementary teachers. The current research will apply interview and focus group methodology for the staffs of schools that implement school self-evaluation. This study aims to explore the essence and plausible of construction for school self-evaluation, and provide the suggestions for educational administration departments.
