| 英文摘要 |
The running mechanism of university president is based on three fundamental missions. And it concludes that two kinds of structures are imprinted into the president, among which the outside structure includes both outside and inside environments that effect how the president presides over the university. The inside structure comes virtually out from the president, and is made up of his leading philosophy（educational philosophy, and managerial philosophy）and leadership. All those elements act on the president.
