中文摘要 心理学意义上的”个性”与社会学意义上的”个性”不加以区分,是压抑正常的个性和助长不良个性的原因。人的心理特征在进入学校以前已基本形成,并且难以改变,故这种个性不是学校所能”培养”的,教师应该理解与尊重它;个性是在个体之社会化过程中形成的,所以学校不仅要尊重学生的”个性”,还要培养学生的”社会性”。学校虽不能”打造”个性,但可给学生创建宽松的环境和必要的条件,使其表碧和发展其个性。
英文摘要 Ignoring the difference between “personality” in the sense of psychology and that in the sense of Sociology is the reason why the normal personality is restricted and the poor personality is fosteraged. Human personality has been formed before they enter school. Whatever, the personality is difficult to be changed since then. As for it, teachers must understand student’s personality and respect it. Students’ personality if formed in the processing of individual socializing;not only their personality should be respected, but also their sociality should be cultured in school. Students’ personality cannot be created in school, but it can be presented and even developed with the free environment and essential conditions, which is provided by the school.
