英文摘要 This paper traces recent developments in Australian undergraduate education, focusing on efforts to evaluate and enhance the quality of undergraduate education over the past decade. The paper focuses on system-level quality assurance and evaluation frame works, in particular the use of the Course Experience Questionnaire (CEQ) as an indicator of the quality of teaching. The paper summarizes the lessons that can be learned from the Australian experience and concludes with a brief outline of some of the contemporary issues in Australian undergraduate education.
