美国认证他国大学是一种学术殖民注意行为，是美国所推行的霸权主义的具体体现，让人警醒。文化是历史地凝结成的稳定的生存方式，我们不仅要树立文化与政治经济的互动观念，而且还要置身于全球化大背景中，清醒地意识到民族文化的危机。大学要肩负起文化批判与文化启蒙的使命。而作为具有文化自觉的当代知识分子，不仅要立足于学术和知识，更要立足于人格担当，并具备一种忧患意识。

| 英文摘要 |
The behavior of America’s legalizing the universities of other countries is a behavior of academic colonialism, which reflects hegemony and makes us alert. Culture is a stable existence manner formed historically. Not only must we get the view of political-economic mutual effect, but also link it with globalization, and realize the crisis of national culture. Universities should shoulder the mission of culture reflection and critique. As an intellectual with culture consciousness, we should have academic knowledge and consummate personality, as well as consciousness of suffering.
