本文着重思考如何充分利用学习小组在电大教学中的作用以及提高店大学员学习积极性的问题。笔者认为应该紧密结合小组学习的特点，充分发挥小组学习的优势，切实加强小组学习的管理，推动人才培养模式改革与开放教育试点项目，从而打造电大开放教育的良好品牌。

This paper discusses the effects of learning group and how to improve learning enthusiasm of students in TV university. the author thinks that the teaching of TV university must combine intensely with group learning, take the advantage of and reinforce the administration of the group learning conscientiously, to promote the reform of personnel training pattern and the experimental project of open education.
