中文摘要 本研究旨在探究「校長辦學績效評鑑」的意義,及各縣市目前的實施現況,並藉此探究校長辦學績效評鑑的指標內法,經分析結果計分為行政領導與管理效能、學校願景與校園文的展現、課程與教學領導成果、社區互動關係、學生的發展與成就、相關利害關係人滿意程度等六個向度。
英文摘要 The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning, implementation of each county, and content of evaluation indicators for principal schooling accountability evaluation. Through the above analysis, we find out the content of principal schooling accountability evaluation can divided into six directions: Administration Leadership and Management Effectiveness; School Vision and Cultural Expression; Curriculum and Teaching Leadership Effectiveness;    community Interaction Relation; Student Development and Achievement; the Relative Stakeholder Satisfaction Degree.
