从某种程度上讲，教学模式和学习支持服务是保证远程教育质量的关键。基于此，在继去年”课程开发与设计”的主题后，今年的联合国教科文组织远程教育教席国际系统研修班的主题为”教学模式与学习支持服务案例分析”。本文概括和总结了研修班的主要内容，以期能对我国远程教育者有所启迪。

Even as we strive to lay a strong foundation for the concept, context and content of the curriculum, we need to take the next step to ensure that what we have designed and developed will be taught in the most conducive way that enhances learning opportunities for students. On some degree, teaching model and learning support service is the key to quality distance education. So that, we choose “teaching model and learning support service” as the topic of 2006 UNESCO chair’s serial international training workshops, which was held on Nov. 15─17 in Shanhai. The paper summarized the main contents of the workshop that would enlighten the construction of the quality teaching model and learning support service system.
