任职教育是目前我军院校教育改革与发展重点探索的课题。本文首先从中外职业军事教育比较的视野对任职教育的概念进行了界定，在此基础上，以新军事变革为背景，从院校体系结构、联合教育、信息战、远程教育、研究生教育计划等五个方面，对外国军事院校任职教育发展的主要趋势进行了归纳分析。

| 英文摘要 |
The post-commissioning education has now become a focus for the reform and development of our military education. In the context of new military revolution, the article first deals with the post-commissioning education from the angle of comparing the PME between foreign countries and China and then generalizes the main development trends for the post-commissioning education of foreign army schools in terms of the school system structure, JPME, information warfare, distance learning and graduate students' educational program.
