教育基金会是指资助教育公益事业的非政府、非营利的社会中介组织。本文从梳理国外教育基金会的发展历史和特点入手，分析了我国教育基金会的发展现状和发展趋势，剖析了当前我国教育基金会发展存在的主要问题，进一歩提出了建立和完善我国教育基金会运作管理模式的思考建议。

| 英文摘要 |
The Educational Foundation generally refers to the non─government and non─profit social intermediary organization, which aims at funding the educational public service, whose funds is managed by the trustees or the board o directors. Tracing back to the history and the features of some foreign Educational Foundations, the article analyzes the present situation, the trend of developing and existing problems of China’s Educational Foundation, and puts forward some suggestions about establishing and perfecting the managerial model and operational mechanism in China.
