依據對我國教學情境之檢討及實證的教學研究結果之啟示，得知從事教學革新對實際教育工作之改進確有其必要性，故本研究旨在從事「以學生認知架為基礎的教學模式」之設計，並以五年級下學期自然科學「黴菌」這單元為例，將本教學模式應用至該單元教學中，最後則提出本模式之優點與限制供作參考。

| 英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study is to design a teaching model which is based on the cognitive structure of students. In order to demonstrate the design and application of the model, A teaching unit in Natural Science of the 5th Grade will be developed as an example. The advantage and the limitation of this model will be also suggested.
