The International Conference on Higher Education Reform in China was held at Xiamen University by Higher Education Development Center of Xiamen University and Wah Ching Center of Research on Education in China of The University of Hong Kong. The meeting focuses on the theme of “Higher Education reform in China”, discusses mainly about 1. the Chinese culture and higher education reform in 21st century; 2. the globalization, internationalization, localization of higher education; 3. massification, marketization of higher education.
