To accelerate development of education is that basis to settle the problem of “the agricultural, the countryside and the peasants”. RTVUs have formed advantage and characteristic in developing rural manpower resources. In new historical period, RTVUs should be in accordance with the thinking of “developing opening educating, strengthening vocational education, expanding skills training”, regarding vocational education as the carrier, developing opening educating and secondary vocational education, advancing higher education popularization, making new contribution in order to advance the social harmonious development of countryside.
