进入21世纪以来，随着信息技术的进一步发展，经济全球化直接导致人们对人才素质的要求不断提高。面对如此变化，培养人才的教育机构势必需要对其教育方式、方法、理念等进行调查。我国近年来不断推出的招生、教学、考试方面的改革，就是顺应时代变化而出台的举措。

Since the beginning of 21st century, with the development of information technology, economic globalization has caused the continuous improvement of the demand for talents’ qualifications around the world. Faced with such changes, educational institutions engaged in talent development need to make adjustments accordingly in terms of its education mode, methods and concept. In recent years the reforms of enrollment, teaching and examination have been carried out in all sorts of educational institutions of China to cater to the demand of the times. Faced with many challenges similarly, TV-system universities find reform of examination imperative. The paper begins with a comparative analysis of three reform plans. The paper then mentions the problems encountered when implementing those plans in course instruction of STVU and explores into how to improve the examination reform of the course so that it can offer reference for that of other courses.
