在我国，远程教育经历了函授教育、广播电视教育以及信息和网络技术为基础的现代远程教育三个阶段。到目前为止，我国现代远程教育已经形成了开放、多层次、多形式的体系。我国现代远程教育在取得讯猛发展的同时，也不能忽视其朱存在的诸多问题。这就需要政府运用四大管理职能进行宏观调控，并加强远程教育法律法规的制定。

| 英文摘要 |
In China, the distance education undergoes three period of time which is Teach by Correspondence Education, Broadcasting and TV Education and Modern Distance Education based on network technology. Up to now, Chinese modern distance education have established a open multi-administrative and multi-modality system. With the development of modern distance education in China, we can not ignore some of the problems. One of the most important aspects is for the government to wield power of four macroeconomic. Constitute the law to distance education is also essential.
