在中国高等教育规模迅速扩展的同时，不同高等教育层次的毕业生在劳动力市场上究竟处于何种位置？不同层次的高等教育是否具有自身的特色，并进而使其毕业生在不同的”岗位域”上具有比较优势？本文使用对高校毕业生的调查数据，对我国专科和本科两个层次的毕业生在劳动力市场上的相对位置和比较优势进行分析。分析结果表明，这两个层次的毕业生在各自的”岗位域”上虽然具有”弱比较优势”，但没有呈现出”强比较优势”。因此作者认为不同层次高等教育的明晰目标定位和办学特色，是我国高等教育健康发展的关键所在。

| 英文摘要 |
This paper focuses on the labor market position of graduates from colleges and universities in China. The results of the study show that graduates from these two different levels of higher education have a “weak comparative advantage”, but not a “strong comparative advantage”, in their respective occupational domains. The author argues that is important to stress the distinguishing features of two different levels of higher education in order to enhance the competence of the graduates in the labor market.
