| 英文摘要 |
The e-readiness rankings report, published by the Economist Intelligence Unit, was an important reference to make digital development for the governments, corporations and education departments. This paper analyzes the e-learning readiness rankings published by this unit, expatiates the methods and results of the investigation and interprets the rank and state of e-learning readiness of China. It will provide some advice for the development and policies-making of e-learning in China.
