规制经济学是近三十年来西方经济学中一个比较活跃的研究领域，其研究成果已经在西方国家的产业规制和产业融资实践中得到了广泛的应用。本文运用规制经济学的相关理论对教育产业的价格规制问题进行了初步的研究。首先论证了教育产业是比较典型的经济规制部门；接着探讨了教育产业价格规制的六种可供选择的方式；最后在此基础上提出了一种教育产业价格规制的新型混合定价方式。

| 英文摘要 |
Economics Regulation has been the active research field in the western economics in the recent 30 years, and the achievements have been applied generally to the industry regulation and industry finance practice of western countries. This paper employs the relevant theory of Economics Regulation to study primarily the price regulation of education industry. Firstly it demonstrates that economic regulation is typical of education industry, and then discusses the six choices about the price regulation, thereby it puts forward the new combined pricing way.
