中文摘要 教育公平是全民教育中的一个重要问题。综观我国当前国情,要想在短时期内实现教育的绝对公平是不现实的,但有效而充分地利用现代信息技术可以在很大程度上促进教育和社会的公平。为此,本文提出要加大政府对农村教育的投资力度,尽快构建农村现代信息技术教育平台;改革农村办学层次结构和教育内教育机会等,尽快缩小城乡教育差距,促进城乡教育公平和社会的和谐发展。
英文摘要 Educational justice is the soul of education for all, there will be no social justice without equal education opportunities. However, the current serious situation of the dual urban-rural division on education has led to all kinds of unfair practices. Now, it’s unrealistic to realize the education justice absolutely in a short time, but the development of information technology can in large measure to promote the education and social justice. Therefore, we must increase government investment in rural education to develop the information technology, construct the modern information technology platform of the rural education; and change the education content, methods and means, strengthen the ranks of rural primary and secondary school teachers, improve the rural school conditions, change farmer’s education idea and protect the right to education for farmers; children to provide rural children and teachers high-quality education resources as the urban, reduce the urban and rural education disparity as soon as possible, promote urban and rural areas of education equity and social harmony under the information technology environment by sharing the education resources.
