本文主要在探討邁向二十一世紀時，我國教育視導制度的反省與展望，期能藉由對教育視導制度的歷史回顧與深刻反省，以規劃出未來我國教育視導制度的美好願景，為我國整體教育的發展開展有利的契機。全文主要共分成三個部分，首先針對我國的教育視導制度，作一歷史回顧，以探溯其時代背景與歷史脈絡；其次，則深刻反省我國的教育視導制度，探究所面臨之困境並剖析問題成因；再其次，則申述新世紀我國教育視導制度之規劃與展望。

| 英文摘要 |
The purpose of this paper focuses on the reflection and perspective of the educational supervision system in Taiwan for the new century. There are three parts in this paper. Firstly, a historical retrospect of the educational supervision system is explored. Secondly, the predicaments of the educational supervision system are analyzed. Finally, the improving strategies to the predicaments of the educational supervision system are proposed.
