Introduction of price mechanism to tuition fee means determining different tuition fee standards based upon different education qualities and social demands as well. It can bring into full play the adjustment role of tuition fee for high education supplies and demands while facilitating rational allocation of high education resources. It will also improve efficient use of these resources and satisfy practical needs of different social classes while promoting sustainable development of high education.
