影响转型期我国高等教育制度变迁的基本因素，既是高等教育资源配置制度创新的现实基础，也是约束高等教育资源配置制度变迁的基本条件。本文试图从这些影响变量，提出它们诱发制度创新的轨迹，及其形成转形期高等教育资源配置制度变迁的基本特征。

| 英文摘要 |
The key factors that influence the higher education resource allocation of system evolution in the transition period of China are the same as the social basis of those system innovations, as well as the basic restrictive condition of the system evolution. By analyzing the affective variables, this article tries to explain how those factors induce the system innovations, and to find out the basic characters of those system evolutions in the transition period of China.
