| 英文摘要 |
As online education becomes part of mainstream education, educators should research opportunities to optimize the management of online education. This would include developing collaborative teams, deploying effective processes, developing technology ─savvy faculty, and optimizing instructional design, development and evaluation processes. This paper uses the case of an American University in illustrating concerns and considerations in the areas described above in the hop that it will promote thinking about developing online education in mainland China.
