| 英文摘要 |
The idea about cultural models is an important descriptive theory in the study of higher education institutions in America. It focuses on the role and function of culture in and the influence of cultural symbols such as shared value, belief and norm on higher education management. Cultural models came of the systematic observation and case study of university cultures from higher education researchers in the 1970s. as the study of organizational culture surged up in American academe from the 1980s, cultural models have been explained by many scholars from other disciplines. Its theoretical basis and methodology has been promoted.
