中文摘要 研究生培养质量评价体系主要是由外部评价体系和内部评价体系构成。目前我国外部的质量评价体系已初歩建立,微观的自我约束体系还没真正建立起来,而评价指针是评价功能得以正向发挥的关键因素,因此,本论文试图在调查的基础上,运用主因素分析法构建研究生培养质量自我评价指针,以达到保证和提高研究生培养质量的目的。
英文摘要 China has currently established an external mechanism for postgraduate education quality evaluation, yet the internal mechanism is still under construction. Indicator design is key to the validity and reliability o f evaluation. This article surveys selected sets of internal evaluation indicators for postgraduate education, and identifies through factor─analysis a core set of commonly used indicators. This new set of indicator may serve as a general framework for designing a national framework of internal evaluation in postgraduate education.
