英文摘要 Compromise is a major measure to solve conflicts in reforms of educational institutions. If acute conflict in educational institutions cannot be solved through appropriate concession and comprises, it will be difficult to implement reforms and it is possible to cause disorder in education. The art of compromise may well be regarded as a public rationality necessary for facilitating educational reforms. It is not an expedient advisable only on practical and specific occasions, but a choice with rationality and feasibility.
