已有的研究和实践均表明，以网络和媒体维中介的交互是实现网络教学的关键过程，而对交互理念的理解、过程设计和方式整合等的研究择有可能促成教学所期望的高质量交互，从而大幅提高网络教学质量。本文结合上海电大网上交互实践，对其应用方式、效果、存在问题及解决方案进行了探索，以寻找一条适合电大网络教学发展的交互模式和正确途径。

| 英文摘要 |
With the rapid development of online teaching, the process of interaction through the Internet and media is the vital factor to realize the online teaching. Therefore, the research in the concept of interaction, the design and integration of multi-media tools is likely to improve the quality of interaction of online teaching and lead to the quality of online education greatly. Based on the practice of interaction in online education at TV university, the author trys to give suggestions about application methods, effect and existing problems in this area, in an effort of a proper way to the interaction that suits for online education of RV university.
