隨著全球化的潮流與資訊科技的發達，為了快速回應顧客需求與巿場變化，國際物流成為企業發展的必要條件之一，由於國際物流所扮演之角色日益重要，因此業界對人才之需求遽增，但人才培育無法滿足業界需求的目標，卻是國際物流發展最大的隱憂，為瞭解國際物流基礎人才應具備的能力需求，縮短供需差距，本研究乃使用層級分析法（Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP），藉由國內外物流活動與物流教育能力規劃之文獻回顧與評析，建構出適當之能力規劃指標，並針對產業界實施問卷調查，分析各指標之權重（重要性），並比較產、學界之差異，以提供學校未來人才培育與課程規劃之改進方向。

| 英文摘要 |
The emergence of globalization has made international logistics become one of the most important service provided in transport industry. But the graduates trained by academics could not meet the demand of the fast growing industry. There are huge gap between the demand and the supply of skills and knowledge needed. This paper adopts the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze in detail the factors needed, to find out which factor has key influence among them. The result, our aim as well, is to provide a good reference for universities to programme their international logistics courses.
