有关大学组织文化的研究是近年来高等教育管理研究的热点问题之一。本文从大组织文化的内涵开始，阐述了大学教师是大学组织文化的重要组成部分，大学教师不仅是大学组织文化建设的主体力量，而且发挥着主导作用。通过对当前大学教师文化的特征及影响因素的分析，提出了建设优秀大学教师文化的基本途径。

Organizational culture has become one of the new foci in the research of higher education management. Faculty play a key role in shaping university organizational culture. This article discuses the nature of university organizational culture and the characteristics factors and development path of faculty culture.
