中文摘要 本研究旨在探討大學在職專班學生樂觀/悲觀傾向的組合構面及其與心理幸福感之間的相關。580名大學在職專班學生接受樂觀/悲觀傾向量表,以及心理幸福感量表的施測,蒐集所得實證資料透過結構方程模式的統計處理。分析結果發現大學在職專班學生樂觀/悲觀傾向是一個包含樂觀傾向與悲觀傾向的構念,而且大學在職專班學生樂觀/悲觀傾向與心理幸福感有顯著關聯。根據研究發現,本研究對未來研究提出可行建議。
英文摘要 The main purpose of this study was to reveal the adult students’ composite structure of dispositional optimism/pessimism, and relationship between adult students’ dispositional optimism/pessimism and psychological well-being. 580 college adult students were assessed with dispositional optimism/pessimism scale and psychological well-being scale. The obtained data were analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results showed that structure of adult students’ dispositional optimism/pessimism was composed of dispositional optimism and dispositional pessimism, and there were significantly correlations between adult students’ dispositional optimism/pessimism and psychological well-being. Based on the findings, suggestions for future studies are provided.
