英文摘要 The types of teacher culture have close relationship with the extent of teacher professionalization. These two factors promote and restrict each other. Their relationship is represented as adaptive mutual development in a dynamic state and restrictive mutual promotion in a static state. The formation of professionalized teacher culture is cultivated and developed by the whole society and overall teachers in the process of teacher professionalization.
