To help university students to get a suitable job timely, the relationship and difference between employment expectation and job─market reality has been analyzed in the thesis by discussing the examples and problems in the current student’s job hunting. The purpose of this thesis is to offer an effective way to minimize difference between employment expectation and job─market reality.
